Concept for the expansion of production and customer service logistics

Fea­si­bil­i­ty study for the expan­sion of a cen­tral logis­tics build­ing with the aim of meet­ing ris­ing sales fig­ures and increased require­ments of the ser­vice hubs and pro­duc­tion sites. Design of man­u­al and auto­mat­ed stor­age and pick­ing sys­tems and def­i­n­i­tion of nec­es­sary struc­tur­al and (logis­tics) infra­struc­tur­al adap­ta­tion and con­ver­sion mea­sures in the exist­ing build­ing.
