As a gen­er­al plan­ner, SOLTIC man­ages indus­tri­al con­struc­tion projects pro­fes­sion­al­ly and with com­mit­ment. Logis­tics cen­tres, pro­duc­tion and assem­bly plants, lab­o­ra­to­ry or phar­ma­ceu­ti­cal build­ings: these are our projects. We take respon­si­bil­i­ty for the over­all plan­ning and ensure that the con­struc­tion project is realised on time and on bud­get.

Your area of responsibility

  • Par­tic­i­pa­tion in the coor­di­na­tion and con­trol of com­plex indus­tri­al con­struc­tion projects as Project Man­ag­er in SIA phas­es 31–53. You are the right hand of the over­all project man­ag­er.
  • Coor­di­na­tion of the spe­cial­ist plan­ning team and con­trol­ling of dead­lines, costs, qual­i­ty and fee bud­get
  • Super­vis­ing change man­age­ment, meet­ing organ­i­sa­tion and doc­u­men­ta­tion as well as pro­mot­ing the dig­i­tal plan­ning process (BIM, dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion)

Your qualification

  • Com­plet­ed archi­tec­tur­al or engi­neer­ing train­ing
  • First expe­ri­ence in the over­all project man­age­ment of com­plex con­struc­tion projects
  • Very good knowl­edge of Ger­man (C2) and Eng­lish (C1)
  • Good knowl­edge of MS-Project and MS-Office
  • Knowl­edge of the SIA ser­vice and fee reg­u­la­tions as well as the dig­i­tal plan­ning process (includ­ing BIM)
  • Expe­ri­ence in con­struc­tion cost cal­cu­la­tion and con­trol­ling as well as sched­ul­ing
  • CH or EU autho­ri­sa­tion
