Your area of responsibility
- As a consultant, you will develop and implement strategies to improve the processes of our customers in the areas of industry and trade, commerce and the public sector. The work spectrum ranges from shop floor and supply chain optimisation to digitalisation concepts and strategic business development topics.
- Using your professional set of methods, you will analyse processes, identify potential for improving efficiency and increasing competitiveness and support their implementation.
- With your confident demeanour as a moderator and initiator in workshops and your experience in stakeholder management, you keep the project team on track.
Your qualification
- You have successfully completed your engineering, industrial engineering or business administration degree (Bachelor/Master).
- You already have professional experience in the areas of operational excellence, process optimisation and the application of lean management methods as well as business process modelling.
- You have a professional command of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio and Project.
- Your strengths are your quick perception, analytical skills and high problem-solving competence.
- With your communicative nature and confident demeanour, you are convincing in customer contact.
- You have an excellent command of German and good written and spoken English.
- CH or EU authorisation

We offer
- Attractive annual salary between CHF 85,000 and 130,000
