Your area of responsibility

  • As a con­sul­tant, you will devel­op and imple­ment strate­gies to improve the process­es of our cus­tomers in the areas of indus­try and trade, com­merce and the pub­lic sec­tor. The work spec­trum ranges from shop floor and sup­ply chain opti­mi­sa­tion to dig­i­tal­i­sa­tion con­cepts and strate­gic busi­ness devel­op­ment top­ics.
  • Using your pro­fes­sion­al set of meth­ods, you will analyse process­es, iden­ti­fy poten­tial for improv­ing effi­cien­cy and increas­ing com­pet­i­tive­ness and sup­port their imple­men­ta­tion.
  • With your con­fi­dent demeanour as a mod­er­a­tor and ini­tia­tor in work­shops and your expe­ri­ence in stake­hold­er man­age­ment, you keep the project team on track.

Your qualification

  • You have suc­cess­ful­ly com­plet­ed your engi­neer­ing, indus­tri­al engi­neer­ing or busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion degree (Bachelor/Master).
  • You already have pro­fes­sion­al expe­ri­ence in the areas of oper­a­tional excel­lence, process opti­mi­sa­tion and the appli­ca­tion of lean man­age­ment meth­ods as well as busi­ness process mod­el­ling.
  • You have a pro­fes­sion­al com­mand of Microsoft Pow­er­Point, Excel, Word, Visio and Project.
  • Your strengths are your quick per­cep­tion, ana­lyt­i­cal skills and high prob­lem-solv­ing com­pe­tence.
  • With your com­mu­nica­tive nature and con­fi­dent demeanour, you are con­vinc­ing in cus­tomer con­tact.
  • You have an excel­lent com­mand of Ger­man and good writ­ten and spo­ken Eng­lish.
  • CH or EU autho­ri­sa­tion

We offer

  • Attrac­tive annu­al salary between CHF 85,000 and 130,000
  • Bonus pay­ment for pos­i­tive annu­al finan­cial state­ments
